We are a small design studio focused on the web. And as the web does not stand alone, we also delve into branding, print, and merchandising. Your brand and your website should reflect your image, your desires, and fulfill your needs. We can help create a startup brand, leverage your social media presence, and promote you with an attractive, functional website.

Dan Halpern, owner, has worked with the web for over 15 years, in front-end design, back-end development, and tech support. With a B.S. in graphic design, he is happiest working on visual interfaces, exploring new ideas and solving problems.

Web Design

You are expected to have a website, so let's get one out there. It starts with your vision and content, and becomes an attractive, functional website.

Hosting

We build and host our own sites, register domain names, create email addresses and manage files. We do the updates, or provide access for you to do it yourself.

What we offer

We work with clients to fulfill their design needs. Whether you need to create a brand from scratch, including marketing materials and a website, or whether you are looking for a design refresh, we can help make it happen.

Web Design

A unique website that represents you.
We can create one page or many pages, with design, layout, writing and imagery unique to your needs. Connect it to social media or your storefront, and use forms to collect info, all to create a professional online identity.

Print

Traditional media for promotion and communication.
Business cards, brochures, posters, anything and everything that will inform your audience and direct them to your website.

Hosting

US-based servers for your web and email content.
Our hosting servers are under our control, located at state-of-the-art East and West Coast data centers. Both centers are certified Tier 3+, meaning at least 99.999% network uptime guaranteed.

Branding

Logos, taglines, and imagery unique to your identity.
A recognizable identity will help you relate to your customers, and make it easy to promote yourself and your ideas. We can take your existing identity to the next level, or startup an entirely new brand.

Merchandise

Tshirts, office supplies, artwork and more.
Leverage your business identity for promotional purposes, make money from your social media following, and establish your brand. We can help identify quality manufacturers, products and fulfillment centers to ensure your identity and products are handled professionally.

Great ideas can sometimes use support, or talented individuals sometimes need great ideas. We'd love to brainstorm with you, or just help with the technical end of things.

Design Process

When Things Happen

Discuss

First we'll discuss who you are and what you are looking to accomplish. Depending on the size and scope of your project, we may proceed formally or informally, and send you a design survey or other data collection tools to get a better idea of who you are and what you need. This will culminate in a design proposal, project timeline and cost estimate.

Research

We'll research others in your industry and all the possible solutions for your project. This may be brief or extensive depending upon the needs of your project. This may include surveys, focus groups or questionnaires, or even just be limited to continued discussion of your own goals so that we end up with a great final product.

Design

By this stage you will already have a basic idea of the visual direction of your project, and we will work with you to refine it. Depending on the agreed upon scope, this may be one or several design iterations from a final product, or a staged approach of several products for your overall design needs.

Deliver

After your review and approval, we'll launch your website, deliver supportive materials, begin production, and ensure you're satisfied will all aspects of your project. Ongoing, we'll continue to work with you to ensure it all goes to plan.

Prices

How much?

Every project is unique, but we like to give you a ballpark estimate of the cost involved and what you get. Outside of a typical project scope, for updates, consulting, troubleshooting, whatever you need, our hourly rate is $100, billable in ½ hour increments.
